We’re all about making sure you love your Leesa products, which is why we offer a 365-night trial for mattresses, a 120-night trial for the Natural Crib Mattress, and a 30-night trial for foundations, frames, and bedding.
Adjustable bases and the Plush Bolster Pet Bed can’t be returned once they’re removed from the box.
If you decide a product isn’t the right fit, no problem! Even though our mattresses and foundations won’t fit back in their original boxes once they’re opened, we’ve got you covered.
Our Comfort Crew will coordinate pickup of your mattress or foundation. It’s totally hassle-free and at no cost to you*. Once the pickup is confirmed, we’ll refund your full purchase price (minus any service fees you may have paid for In-Home Setup and Removal).
Here’s how our returns work:
- Mattresses: Returns are accepted from night 31 to 365 of your trial. We allow up to two mattress returns per household.
- Natural Crib Mattress: Returns are accepted within 120 nights.
- Foundations, frames, and bedding: Returns are accepted within 30 nights.
- Adjustable bases: Returns are accepted within 30 nights if they are still in the box.
- Plush Bolster Pet Bed: Returns are not accepted once it has been removed from the box.
*For our Alaska, Hawaii, and Canadian customers, there’s a $100 fee for returns to cover pickup and transportation.
