Leesa offers a risk-free trial period on all our products so you can make sure they’re the right fit for you! Here’s how it works:
- Mattresses: We recommend giving your mattress at least 30 nights to “break in.” The materials may feel a little different at first, but as you sleep on it, it will adjust and feel just right. If you’re not satisfied after 30 nights, you can initiate a return anytime during the 100-night trial period. Keep in mind this trial applies to your first two mattress purchases (up to two mattresses per household).
- Other Products: For pillows, sheets, protectors, and other accessories, enjoy a 30-night trial period. If something isn’t working out, you can return or exchange it within those 30 nights. Just a heads-up though, adjustable bases can’t be returned once they’re out of the box.
If you purchased a product as a gift, the recipient also gets to enjoy the trial!
Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada Orders: Mattress returns from these areas include a $100 return fee (deducted from your refund) to cover pick-up and transportation.
