Our trial periods give you time to make sure your Leesa is right for you. Here’s how it works:
- Mattresses: Leesa mattresses come with a 365-night trial period. We recommend giving your new mattress at least 30 nights to break in. If the mattress isn't working for you after 30 nights, you can start a return anytime from night 31 to 365 of your trial. The 365-night trial applies to your first two mattress purchases per household and shipping/billing address.
Natural Crib Mattress: The Leesa Natural Crib Mattress comes with a 120-night trial period. If it isn't working for you or your little one, you can return it within those 120 nights.
- Pillows, sheets, protectors, and other accessories: Enjoy a 30-night trial period. If something isn't working out, you can return it within those 30 nights.
- Adjustable bases and Pet Bed: The Adjustable Base, Adjustable Base Pro, and Plush Bolster Pet Bed don't come with a trial and can't be returned once they've been removed from the box.
If you purchased a product as a gift, the recipient also gets to enjoy the trial!
Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada orders: Mattress returns from these areas include a $100 return fee (deducted from your refund) to cover pickup and transportation.
