Can I return a product received as a gift?

Yes, you can! We’re here to make returning a gift as easy as possible. All we’ll need is the order number or the email your gift-giver used when placing the order. 

 

Just a heads-up, returns need to be started within the trial period, so double-check their order date to make sure you’re eligible. We will also only be able to process any refunds to the original method of payment.
