How do I return if I purchased at West Elm or Pottery Barn?

If you purchased a Leesa mattress directly through a West Elm or Pottery Barn store or website, no problem! You still have 100 nights to try your mattress and request your return.

Contact us at 1.844.33.LEESA or email support@leesa.com, and we'll arrange pickup for your mattress return. Once your pickup has been completed, we'll coordinate with West Elm or Pottery Barn and to refund your full purchase price.
