Do you offer In-Home Setup?

Yes! We offer In-Home Setup & Removal by Ryder as an option at checkout. This premium service includes unboxing, assembly, and haul-away of packaging and mattresses being replaced in any room of your home.

 

Here’s how it works:

  1. Select In-Home Setup & Removal by Ryder at checkout under "Shipping method."
  2. Your order ships to Ryder.
  3. Ryder contacts you to schedule delivery (usually 7–15 business days after you place your order).
    On delivery day, you’ll get a heads-up when the team is about 30 minutes away.
  4. They’ll set everything up in the room of your choice and remove the mattresses being replaced.

Please note:

  • In-Home Setup & Removal by Ryder is only available in the contiguous 48 states.
  • This service cannot be added to an order that was already placed. If you would like to add this service to your order, you will have to cancel and reorder. Feel free to contact our Comfort Crew for assistance.
  • Haul-away is limited to items directly replaced by your new purchase (e.g., mattress and base).
  • Removal of bed frames may be available if they require no or minimal disassembly.
  • Additional or unrelated items won’t be removed.
  • For health and safety, stained, soiled, or contaminated items may not qualify.
  • Once the service is completed, it is nonrefundable.

Pricing:

This white glove delivery service is available at checkout for all orders containing a mattress, starting at $179. As more items are added to your cart, the cost will be adjusted accordingly. Please see the pricing breakdown below:

In-Home Setup & Removal for 1 mattress: $179

+ $25/per: Mattress, Platform Bed, Foundation, Nightstand
+ $50/per: Adjustable Base, Frame 
+ $150/per: Bask Platform Bed, Still Platform Bed, Snug Kids Bed
