FedEx typically delivers to your door but may leave packages at your driveway, garage, or building’s mailroom/lobby, depending on your location and housing type. Ultimately it is at the discretion of the driver.
White Glove Delivery
- Be home for delivery: Someone over the age of 18 needs to be home to accept and sign for delivery from Ryder’s White Glove Delivery team.
- Sit back and relax: The Ryder team will handle in-home setup for you, including removing any packaging and taking away your old mattress if needed. Make sure the space is clean and accessible for a quick and easy setup. Our delivery professionals will handle the setup, including removing packaging and taking away your old mattress if needed.
