- Requesting a future delivery date
- Rerouting delivery to a different address
- Receiving delivery alerts and updates.
- Shipping to a local Store for convenient pickup.

Specifying a preferred delivery spot:
FedEx typically delivers to your door but may leave packages at your driveway, garage, or building’s mailroom/lobby, depending on your location and housing type. Ultimately it is at the discretion of the driver.
In-Home Setup & Removal by Ryder
- Be home for delivery: Be home for delivery: Someone over the age of 18 needs to be home to accept and sign for delivery.

Sit back and relax: The Ryder team will handle in-home setup for you, including removing any packaging and hauling away any items that are being replaced. Just make sure the space is clean and accessible for a quick and easy setup.
Please note: For health and safety reasons, items that are stained, soiled, or have visible contamination may not be eligible for haul-away. Removal of bed frames may be available if they require no or minimal disassembly. Additional or unrelated items won’t be removed.
