Standard Shipping: Nope! We don’t require signature upon delivery. However, in certain areas, FedEx may require a signature due to high rates of theft or missing packages. Give the driver permission to leave your package by signing up to their free FedEx Delivery Manager online tool.

In-Home Setup & Removal by Ryder: Yes, someone over the age of 18 needs to be home to accept and sign for delivery so Ryder’s team can bring everything in, set it up, and remove the items being replaced.
Please note: For health and safety reasons, items that are stained, soiled, or have visible contamination may not be eligible for haul-away.
