- Mattress Foundation, Bed Frame, and Platform Bed: 3-year limited warranty.
- Bask Platform Bed, Still Platform Bed, Still Nightstand, Solace Platform Bed, Snug Upholstered Kids Bed, and Snug Arc Upholstered Kids Bed: 1-year limited warranty.
- Bedding: 1-year limited warranty.
Our mattress warranty has you covered for life, but here’s what isn’t included:
- Normal wear and tear on the cover.
- Mold or mildew.
- Softening over time.
- Indentations less than 1.5".
- Personal feel preferences.
- Issues from storing mattresses in the box for 30+ days.
- Odor or new foam smell.
- Stains, tears, burns, pet damage, or spills.
