Mattresses
Your mattress is made-to-order and takes 3-5 business days to be built, compressed, and boxed. Once it is ready, it will be shipped to you in 2-7 business days via FedEx.*
If you receive free pillows as part of your order, they will be shipped in the same box as the mattress.
Bases
Once you place your base order, it will ship in 3-5 business days.
Accessories
Once you place your accessory order, it will ship in 3-5 business days.
If you place an order for multiple items, they will be shipped separately. Once each item ships, we’ll notify you via email with a tracking number and estimated delivery date for that item.
* If you added In-Home Setup and Removal at checkout, you will be able to schedule this with our partner, LoadUp, after your items are delivered. Ship times may be extended during the holidays.
