For U.S. Orders
Standard Shipping: Free for all 50 states! Orders usually arrive within 3–7 business days after they ship.
In-Home Setup & Removal by Ryder (available in the contiguous 48 states):Depending on your order, you’ll see pricing options for delivery, setup, and removal during checkout. This option typically takes 7–15 business days after processing, making it worth the extra wait.
For Canadian Orders
Standard Shipping: A customs tax and shipping fee apply, but don’t worry, we’ll calculate everything for you at checkout so there are no surprises down the road. Delivery usually takes 7–10 business days, depending on customs clearance.
Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to holidays, possible courier delivery issues, and other influences (such as severe weather conditions) beyond our control.
We cannot deliver to U.S. territories or international locations besides Canada. We require a physical mailing address. PO Box addresses cannot be supported. Our product warranties and trials are only valid in the country where the purchase was made.
Please note: For health and safety reasons, items that are stained, soiled, or have visible contamination may not be eligible for haul-away. Removal of bed frames may be available if they require no or minimal disassembly. Additional or unrelated items won’t be removed.
