We currently can change the shipping address as long as it is in the state state as the original on the order. Please provide your correct address to our team at support@leesa.com and we will get the update taken care of as soon as possible.
If the new address is in a different state and the order has not yet shipped, we can cancel your order. You will then be able to place a new order with the updated shipping address.
If you've already received your tracking number, please try using FedEx Delivery Manager to make changes.
