Can I change my shipping address?

We understand that plans can change, and sometimes your delivery address needs to be updated. We are here to guide you through the process.

We're happy to assist with updating the shipping address. Simply email your correct address to our team at support@leesa.com, and we’ll get it taken care of as soon as possible. 

Alternatively, for faster service, please feel free to open a chat request on our website and ask to speak with a member of our Comfort Crew, who will be happy to assist with address updates. You can also give us a call at 844-335-3372 Monday–Friday: 10 AM to 7 PM ET Saturday–Sunday: 11 AM to 7 PM ET.

If you purchased In-Home Setup & Removal by Ryder, address changes can be more limited. Because these shipments are routed to a specific delivery hub with Ryder, we’re not able to update the address once they’re in transit to a different hub location. If you need to make a change, please reach out as soon as possible so we can review your options together.

Already have a FedEx tracking number? Try using FedEx Delivery Manager to make changes directly.
