What if my box is damaged?

Accidents happen, but you’re covered! 

 

Larger items like mattresses can experience a bit of rough handling during transit. That’s why each mattress is carefully wrapped in two layers of plastic to keep it protected. If your box looks damaged, don’t worry! Here’s what to do:

For Standard Shipping:

  • Go ahead and open the box—your mattress is likely in great shape!
  • If you notice any issues (like rips or tears), snap a few pictures of the damage, including the mattress penalty tags, and send them to support@leesa.com.
  • Our customer support team will quickly help file a claim or arrange a replacement.

For White Glove Delivery:

Let the delivery team know about any damage during setup, and they’ll take care of it for you on the spot.
