I can’t find my package. What should I do?

Don’t worry, we’ll help figure this out! This happens occasionally, and there are steps you can take to track it down.

 

For Standard Shipping (FedEx):

  • Check your surroundings: Look around your property, including porches, side doors, or garages. If you live in an apartment complex, check the mailroom, lobby, front desk, or leasing office. For larger items, FedEx may have restrictions on where they can leave packages or may have left them in a less obvious spot to keep them secure.
  • Ask your neighbors: It’s possible the package was delivered to a nearby address by mistake or taken by a neighbor for safekeeping.
  • Wait a little longer: Sometimes packages are marked as delivered a few hours before they actually arrive. In most cases, the package will show up within 24 hours.
  • Review delivery details: Check the tracking information for specific delivery notes or updates from FedEx.

 

For White Glove Delivery:

Call Ryder’s delivery team directly on 1-866-711-1164. 

 

Still can’t find your package? Just reach out within 30 days of the last tracking update, and we’ll take care of the rest. We can work with FedEx to retrace the driver’s steps and figure out what happened. This usually takes 48-72 hours, and if the package can’t be located or delivered, we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.
