Not only do we not use fiberglass in our mattresses, our entire factory is fiberglass-free. To prioritize your safety while you sleep, our mattresses are crafted with a fire-retardant yarn made from a chemical-free rayon barrier. This innovative rayon fiber, derived from 100% regenerated cellulose, creates a protective layer that ensures both safety and comfort.
All Leesa mattresses have undergone rigorous fire testing to ensure they meet U.S. federal safety standards and comply with Federal Mattress Regulations 16 CFR 1633 and 16 CFR 1632.
CertiPUR-US® is a not-for-profit certification program developed by the flexible polyurethane foam (FPF) industry. Certified FPFs meet program standards for content, emissions and durability, and are analyzed by independent, accredited testing laboratories.

All Leesa mattresses have received this certification after undergoing rigorous testing for emissions of more than 360 volatile organic compounds (VOCs). These tests were conducted under controlled temperature and humidity conditions to ensure precise measurement of the chemical emissions from each mattress.
