Can I Delay / Reschedule my Delivery Day?

Yes! You will need to register for FedEx Delivery Manager, and once you do, you need to select “Vacation Hold” and you will be able to request a new day within a 2-week window.

Please note: These holds are not always guaranteed. If you are in a one-day transit time zone, or if there are delays in your area, FedEx may not be able to accommodate your request. You can always request to pick up the package from their facility if a delivery hold won’t work.
