We have a 30-day, risk-free trial. If you aren’t satisfied within 30 days, reach out to us to start a return. We ask that you donate the pillow to a local organization (Salvation Army, DAV, etc.) and collect a donation receipt. You will then email a photo or scanned copy of the receipt for your refund. NOTE: You must contact customer service to initiate a return and the return must be completed within 30 days of making the request.
If the pillow is unopened and unused, we'll send you a FedEx prepaid label so you can return it to us free of charge.
