Once your order is placed, it will be processed and shipped to a delivery hub nearest you*. Once our delivery partners have received every item in your order, they’ll give you a call within 1 business day to schedule your in-home delivery. Our delivery partners will schedule your delivery for their first available timeslot but if that time doesn’t work for you simply follow the prompts to reschedule*. You’ll receive a reminder call the day before your pickup to confirm a 4-hour delivery window. Then they’ll call you again 30 minutes before they arrive.
*If you opt for White Glove Delivery for in-home setup, please allow up to 7 additional business days for our partners to receive all of your items, schedule and complete your delivery and setup.
