Once your order is placed, it will be processed and shipped to a delivery hub.* When our delivery partners have received every item in your order, they’ll give you a call within three business days to schedule your in-home delivery. Our delivery partners will schedule your delivery for their first available timeslot, but if that time doesn’t work for you simply follow the prompts to reschedule. You’ll receive a reminder call the day before your pickup to confirm a four-hour delivery window. Then they’ll call you again 30 minutes before they arrive.
*If you opt for White Glove Delivery for in-home setup, please allow up to ten additional business days for our partners to receive all your items, schedule, and complete your delivery and setup.
