You can add In-home Delivery to your order for $150. This service includes a 2-person team who will deliver your mattress, foundation and/or bed frame to the room of your choice, set it up and dispose of any unwanted packaging. They will also remove your old mattress. Mattress removal includes the removal of your old mattress and box spring only.* Mattress removal must be completed at the same time as the delivery of your new mattress.
After your order arrives at our In-home Delivery partners, you'll receive an automated phone call from them within 1-2 business days to schedule delivery and setup of your order. The evening before your delivery, you'll receive another call to finalize a four-hour delivery window.** The drivers will call you the day of your delivery when they're roughly 30 minutes from your home to let you know they're close.
Please note that In-home Delivery is only available in select locations and the service fee is non-refundable.
*Mattress and box spring removal are based on driver discretion. If your mattress was refused for any reason please give us a call at 844-335-3372 so we can help.
