White Glove Delivery is an in-home delivery service we offer for an additional cost of $100. This service includes a 2-person team who will deliver your mattress, foundation, and/or bed frame to the room of your choice set it up, and dispose of any unwanted packaging. For an additional cost of $50, they will also remove your old mattress. Mattress removal includes the removal of your old mattress and box spring only*. Mattress removal must be completed at the same time as the delivery of your new mattress.
After your order has been received by our partners, you'll receive an automated phone call within 1-2 days to set up a date to deliver your order. The evening before your delivery, you'll receive another call to finalize a four-hour delivery window**. The drivers will call again when they're roughly 30 minutes from your home to let you know they're close.
Please note that White Glove Delivery is only available in select locations and the service fee is non-refundable.
*Mattress and box spring removal are based on driver discretion. If your mattress was refused for any reason please give us a call at 844-335-3372 so we can help.
**We cannot guarantee a specific 4-hour window will be available and our partners at XPO can store your order for up to 14 days.
