In-Home Delivery and Setup is a service you can add to your order for $199. This service includes a two-person team who will deliver your mattress, foundation, and/or bed frame to the room of your choice, set it up, and dispose of any unwanted packaging. They will also remove your old mattress. Mattress removal includes the removal of your old mattress and box spring only.* Mattress removal must be completed at the same time as the delivery of your new mattress.
We work with a third-party delivery partner for In-Home Delivery and Setup. After you place your order with us, we ship everything to our delivery partner. Once our partner receives your order, you'll receive a phone call from them within two business days to schedule delivery and setup. The evening before your delivery, you'll receive another call to finalize a four-hour delivery window.** The drivers will call you the day of your delivery when they're roughly 30 minutes from your home to let you know they're close.
Please note that In -Home Delivery and Setup is only available in select locations and the service fee is non-refundable.
*Mattress and box spring removal are based on driver discretion. They have a one-for-one policy for removals, i.e., they will only remove a box spring or frame if you also ordered the Leesa foundation and frame.
