How do I ship to my apt/condo?

When shipping to an apartment complex or condo community, we highly recommend alerting your front desk, leasing office, concierge, or doorman ahead of delivery that you are expecting a large shipment. This will prevent your delivery from inadvertently being refused and returned to sender through UPS. 

Unfortunately, we are unable to reverse a refused delivery/return to sender. If you find yourself in this situation please reach out to us as soon as possible.
