With our in-home setup and removal service, your order will be delivered via FedEx ground service first. Our in-home setup partner, LoadUp, will send a Schedule Request email to set a date and time they can come to your home and help with setup and/or removal.
- Your Leesa order is first delivered by FedEx, who will leave all packages at your front door.
- Locate the email from our partner, LoadUp, and pick a date and time that works best for you.
- On the day of your appointment, a LoadUp representative will call you when the agent is about 30 minutes away. Once the agent arrives, they will set up and/or remove the products you requested.
- All done - Enjoy your new Leesa mattress!
