If you purchased a Leesa mattress online or directly through a West Elm or Pottery Barn store, no problem! You still have 100 nights to try your mattress and request your return. Contact us at (844)WE-Leesa for West Elm orders or (888)PB-LEESA for Pottery Barn orders. You can always send an email to or, too, and we'll arrange pickup for your mattress return. Once your pickup has been completed, we'll contact West Elm/Pottery Barn and have them refund the full purchase price.
