How do I return if I purchased at West Elm?

If you purchased a Leesa or Sapira Mattress online or directly through a West Elm store, no problem! You still have 100 nights to try your mattress and request your return. Just give us a call at (844)WE-Leesa or send an email to WestElm@Leesa.com and we'll facilitate the pickup of your mattress.

Once we have proof of pickup, we'll contact West Elm to refund the full purchase price.
