How do I return if I purchased at West Elm or Pottery Barn?

If you purchased a Leesa or Sapira Mattress online or directly through a West Elm or Pottery Barn store, no problem! You still have 100 nights to try your mattress and request your return. Just give us a call at (844)WE-Leesa for West Elm orders or (888)PB-LEESA for Pottery Barn orders. You can always send an email to or too and we'll facilitate the pickup of your mattress.

Once we have proof of pickup, we'll contact West Elm to refund the full purchase price.
