If you purchased a Leesa or Sapira Mattress online or directly through a West Elm or Pottery Barn store, no problem! You still have 100 nights to try your mattress and request your return. Just give us a call at (844)WE-Leesa for West Elm orders or (888)PB-LEESA for Pottery Barn orders. You can always send an email to WestElm@Leesa.com or PotteryBarn@leesa.com too and we'll facilitate the pickup of your mattress.
Once we have proof of pickup, we'll contact West Elm to refund the full purchase price.
