Rest assured that we have your back – returns are simple and quick. 

We are confident that you’ll love your Leesa products but if you don’t, let our team know within your 100-night trial window and we’ll help you initiate a return.

Whenever possible, in line with our social mission, our goal is to donate any returned mattresses to a 501(c)(3) organization or charity partner. By donating as many returns as we can, your purchase can help a child sleep better tonight and have a stronger future tomorrow

Why does Leesa donate returns?  

As a certified B Corp, we are committed to be a force for good. So instead of returned mattresses going to landfills, we donate mattresses in good condition to those in need. In most cases, your returned mattress goes to a child or family.

Mattress Return Policy:

Every Leesa mattress comes with a 100-night trial, so you can try Leesa in the comfort of your own home. Only your first Leesa mattress purchase (one mattress per household or shipping/billing address) includes the 100-night trial and free return. It may take a few nights to adjust to your Leesa mattress. You are required to try your mattress for at least 30 nights (which starts the day it’s delivered). This will allow your body ample time to adjust to the feel of a new mattress and for the mattress to settle into your new home and get to know you a bit better. If you’re still not happy after 30 nights, you can initiate a return. We'll coordinate a pickup* from your home and refund your purchase.** All mattresses must be clean and undamaged to be eligible for a return. Damages include (but are not limited to): ripped or torn cover fabric, stained fabric, broken zippers, punctured or ripped foam or burned mattress cover.

If you love your Leesa (which, we think you will!), after your 100-night trial period has expired, rest assured that you’re covered by our 10-year limited mattress warranty.

Accessories & Furniture Return Policy:

We hope you love our bedroom accessories as much as we do. If you choose to return your pillows, mattress protector, base or another Leesa accessory, you can return it free of charge within 30 calendar days of delivery. All accessory items must be returned in a clean and undamaged condition. Charges will apply if products are destroyed or damaged.

How do I make a return?

To initiate a return, please call our customer service team at 1-844-33-LEESA or email support@leesa.com. Once your return is validated, our team will help facilitate the return process. In order to qualify for a return, you must be within the 100-day trial period for a mattress or the 30-day trial period for any accessory or furniture item.
